mBR Business Plan SSOT — Ongoing-Project Structure

Section titled “mBR Business Plan SSOT — Ongoing-Project Structure”

Business Strategy docs follow the same thin-TOC/SSOT split as KB-native ongoing projects (KB-OS pattern) — no third “business plan” document:

DocRole
Strategy/ROADMAP.mdThin TOC/plan view — links down to everything, restates nothing that has its own SSOT
Strategy/Strategic Plan.mdFull strategy SSOT (mission link, situation, 3 bets, 90-day rocks, governance)
Strategy/Filter+Focus.mdBiggest Rocks + decision log, feeds Strategic Plan’s Governance cadence — unchanged, already correct
DASHBOARD.mdBusiness home page — links all three

Executive-Summary.md / Revenue-Models.md / Progress Acceleration.md: kept as-is (Talbot: keep).

  • MBR/Strategy/ROADMAP.md rewritten as thin TOC: links to [Identity/Mission](/strategy/identity/mission/), [Identity/Vision](/strategy/identity/vision/), [Strategic Plan](/strategy/strategic-plan/) instead of restating them; stale numbers (8 scrapers/16 products) replaced with live link to [rate-scanner](/it/projects/rate-scanner/) (17/98/43); retired path removed; 90-Day Plan section mirrors Strategic Plan v2.1’s three rocks
  • MBR/DASHBOARD.md — new Strategy link block (Roadmap / Strategic Plan / Filter+Focus)
  • Core/Processes/Projects/KB-OS/Ongoing-Projects.md — pattern convention documented for SDC/FSS to adopt per-task once their Strategy depts activate (currently dormant — no premature scaffolding)

Root cause of the recurring “divergent Mission wording” bug: ROADMAP.md was restating Mission/Vision/rocks inline instead of linking to their SSOT. Fixed structurally — ROADMAP now only links, so there’s nowhere left for a third copy to drift into. Same pattern applies wherever a thin index doc sits above a content SSOT.
